Cancellation & Return Policy

This policy outlines the terms regarding cancellations of services and returns of products provided by Does Security Solutions. By booking our services or purchasing our products, you agree to the terms below.

1. General Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services booked with Does Security Solutions according to the terms described below. All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or our official contact channels.

2. Cancellation Deadlines

Cancellations must be made at least 14 business days prior to the scheduled service or event. Cancellations made less than 14 business days in advance may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

3. Same-Day or Late Cancellations

Cancellations made on the same day of the service, or after the deadline, may incur a fee of up to 100% of the service cost. Exceptions may be considered for emergencies at Does Security Solutions’ discretion.

4. Refunds

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7 business days after confirmation. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

5. Service Changes

Clients requesting changes to scheduled services may be subject to a rescheduling fee. Does Security Solutions will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.

6. Force Majeure

Does Security Solutions shall not be liable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental restrictions, pandemics, or other emergencies. Alternative arrangements may be offered when possible.

8. Return Policy

Products purchased from Does Security Solutions can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Returns must be requested via email to: info@doessecuritysolutions.com. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.

9. Amendments

Does Security Solutions reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time. Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically. Continued use of services or products constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
